Lean is a powerful strategy to eliminate waste, reduce costs, boost productivity and engage your employees in the success of your organization,” said Welsch, manufacturing specialist for the Wisconsin Manufacturing Extension Partnership. “It is transforming businesses here and around the globe.”

Lean Manufacturing Certification allows any given company to set its production standards really high and help to increase the amount of perfect parts that are being used in the industry.
