Winneconne School District voters approved a referendum Tuesday to exceed spending caps by $880,000 in each of the next two years, 1,645–1,116.
The referendum was proposed after a larger referendum April 1 to exceed spending caps by $1.19 million in 2008–09 and $1.45 million in 2009–10 failed.
