Shopko puts 28 land parcels on the auction block

Shopko is offering 28 parcels of land for sale in an auction to be conducted by Higgenbotham Auctioneers. The Green Bay-based retail chain isn't using the sites, which are adjacent to stores in the Midwest, and range in size from 0.43 acres to 9.36 acres. Fourteen of the parcels are in Wisconsin, next to stores in Kenosha, Madison, Ashwaubenon, Town of Ledgeview and Green Bay.
