Kohler Co. has purchased Mark David, an upscale upholstered seating manufacturer for the hospitality industry.
Kohler will retain the Mark David brand as part of the Kohler Interiors Group, which includes the Baker Furniture, McGuire Furniture, Ann Sacks and Kallista interior furnishing brands.
