The Wisconsin Department of Transportation Northeast Regional Office in Green Bay is announcing that work is scheduled to begin Monday, Aug. 4 on the intersection of Wisconsin 47 and Outagamie County S.
The project involves reconstruction of the existing intersection with a center turn lane and reconstructed right turn lanes. Wisconsin 47 will remain open to traffic during construction. County S will be closed for five days with a signed detour route.
Project cost is estimated at $220,000 and is scheduled for completion by early September. Motorists are advised to use caution and remain alert when driving through this or any work zone.
